How many times in the real world has one said to oneself "goodness, I shouldn't have said that" .... as soon as you have time to think. d). f2f you negotiate meaning "on line" ...er... you see what I mean? (that metaphore's eating it's tail now)... and the idea doesn't have to be all-your-own - so the other party is instantaneously co-producer and thus Druker's "we" is NOT theoretical. It was a pleasure to hear your voice. In my opinion, facilitators who are successful in f2f situations should be able to convey their leadership and enthusiasm in an online setting as well. Maybe this is because good leaders are flexible and willing to adapt themselves to new situations. That being said, I'm sure you're as dynamic in the classroom as you have been at Learning with Computers! Gladys, Congratulations on your first podcast! It was a pleasure to hear your voice.
